2024 Ford Shelby Super Snake, 2025 Porsche 911: Automotive News Headlines

Shelby American has launched a tuning program for the seventh-generation Ford Mustang at Super Snake. The car debuted this week and is available with a choice of a naturally aspirated or supercharged V-8, the latter delivering more than 830 hp.

Porsche is working on mid-cycle updates to the current 992-generation 911. One of these is the introduction of hybrid technology in some grades. One of the grades to be hybridized is the 911 Turbo S, of which a prototype has been spotted.

Fox Factory, which supplies off-road dampers for the F-150 Raptor, has decided to build its own high-performance off-roader based on the Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The resulting truck is certainly wild, but it costs over $200,000.
