2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ, 2024 Nissan Z Nismo: Today's Auto News
Cadillac is working on an electric Escalade, and a prototype has been spotted. The prototype shows that the Escalade IQ will not simply be a clone of the current gas-powered model. Instead, it appears to feature a distinctive exterior and interior design.
Nissan's latest sports car, the Z, has spawned a more hardcore Nismo variation. The new version features more power, aerodynamic improvements, and chassis stiffness enhancements to improve the Z's race-track performance. In a surprising move, the Z's manual transmission was eliminated in favor of an automatic transmission.
When the redesigned Ford Mustang hits showrooms this summer, the top of the lineup will be a new, track-focused model called the Dark Horse. It resembles its predecessor's Mach 1 grade, but as a recent first drive revealed, its performance is much improved.
