2024 Kia EV9, 2024 Mini Countryman: automotive news headlines
Kia Motors is close to unveiling an electric SUV with a rugged exterior and third-row seats. The vehicle is a production version of the EV9 concept unveiled at the 2021 Los Angeles Auto Show, and according to a new teaser video, it will resemble a striking show car.
Another vehicle to be unveiled soon is the redesigned Mini Countryman, which will offer buyers a choice of gas or electric powertrains. Mini has confirmed that the new Countryman will go into production later this year at its plant in Leipzig, Germany, and the subcompact crossover will be the first Mini to be built in that country.
The redesigned Maserati GranTurismo will go on sale this spring. Finally, a convertible will be added to the new coupe, and like the coupe, the convertible will be available with a choice of gas or electric powertrains; a prototype of an EV version of the convertible has just been spotted.
