2024 GMC Hummer EV SUV, 2024 Mazda CX-90: today's auto news
GMC's SUV, the Hummer EV, will begin deliveries soon, but the rights to the first car are already gone. This past weekend, they were auctioned off to raise funds for charity. The auction also sold the rights to the first seventh-generation Ford Mustang.
Mazda unveiled the CX-90, a three-row mid-size SUV. It uses Mazda's newly developed rear-wheel drive platform and is available with a choice of a turbocharged inline 6-cylinder engine or a plug-in hybrid powertrain that incorporates a 4-cylinder engine.
Hyundai has been spotted testing a prototype of the redesigned Santa Fe. Judging by this tester, it appears that the next generation of the popular mid-size SUV will have a more boxy design. [This news release is available on Motor Authority, an automotive industry news site.
