Ferrari F40 of the Mercedes F1 Manager is for sale.

Toto Wolff, boss and part owner of the Mercedes-Benz AMG Formula 1 team, is once again selling cars from his supercar collection.

It is a Ferrari F40 currently for sale by Tom Hartley Jr, the British dealer who sold Wolff's Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta, Ferrari Enzo, and Mercedes-Benz AMG SL 65 Black Series in 2021.

Wolff, an avid race driver at the time, said he was selling these cars because he simply did not have time to drive them; given that the 2023 F1 calendar has 23 races, lack of time is probably another reason for the F40 sale.

Wolff's F40 has recently undergone a complete refurbishment by restoration experts Autoficina Bonini Carlo and has only 5,536 km (3,440 miles) on the odometer. Chassis number ZFFGJ34B000087007 is one of 27 F40s originally delivered to Spain.

It is being sold with complete documentation, including titles from the Ferrari Classique Classic Car Division certifying the original chassis, body, engine, and transmission.

In its heyday, the F40 was the fastest, most powerful, and most expensive model Ferrari ever sold. Its powertrain was a twin-turbo 2.9-liter V-8. This engine was a derivative of the 288 GTO Evoluzione mill, and thanks to several unique upgrades, the F40 became the first production Ferrari to exceed 199 miles.
