2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 N, Carroll Shelby's Ford Shelby GT500: Today's Automotive News
Hyundai's N Performance division is developing its first electric car, based on the Ioniq 5, and prototypes reveal changes such as a wider track, stiffer suspension, and larger wheels and brakes. Peak power will be at least comparable to the 576 hp of the related Kia EV6 GT.
Carroll Shelby owned many cars throughout his life, including a 1969 Ford Shelby GT500 finished in Candy Apple Red. The car was owned by actor and filmmaker Jackie Cooper, who also owned the car, which is now being auctioned.
Aston Martin partnered with Blau Superior several years ago to introduce a motorcycle named AMB 001. The two companies then took inspiration from the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro hypercar to develop a track-focused version of the AMB 001.
