Pagani Huayra NC, the only one with 819 horsepower.
Pagani will unveil yet another one-off Huayra, which will be unveiled at the 2022 Motor Valley Fest in Modena, Italy, not far from Pagani's headquarters. [According to the company's press release, the Pagani Huayra NC is a product of the Pagani Special Projects (PSP) division and produces 819 hp and 796 lb-ft of torque. This is sent to the rear wheels through a 7-speed sequential gearbox.
Although Pagani did not specify, it is likely that the NC uses the familiar 6.0-liter twin-turbo V-12 used in most other Huayras. Either way, this engine will push just 2,733 lbs.
The NC wears a custom blue livery with red and white accents highlighting the rear diffuser, flicks, engine air intakes, and rear wing uprights. It wears sticky Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires.
Production of the Huayra has ostensibly ended. Pagani claimed it was the last standard Huayra coupe in 2018 and built the last regular production Huayra roadster in 2020. The successor to the car has now been spotted testing, although it still left room for special one-off builds like the Huayra NC and track-only models like the Huayra R.
The successor to the Huayra, codenamed C10, will debut in Milan this September; one version will feature a new AMG-sourced 6.0-liter twin-turbo V-12, while the C10 will also get an all-electric variant. However, given that Pagani continues to remanufacture the Huayra's predecessor, the Zonda, it is possible that the Huayra will survive in a similar fashion. In fact, Pagani has announced a new Zonda Roadster for 2022, even though production ended in 2013.
